Description
Celsius WG is a post-emergent herbicide that comes in the form of wettable granules. This means that you mix this weed killer with water to create a liquid spray. It is formulated to treat the broadest spectrum of weeds on the market.
It is our "go to" weed killer for many of the most difficult grassy and broadleaf weeds. Celsius WG is one of best weed killers for dandelions that won't kill grass when used as directed. When temperatures are below 90 degrees, use non-ionic surfactant with this product to increase effectiveness.

Application: This is a professional formulation and should be applied from Battery-powered 4 gallon sprayer with TeeJet foliar spray tip. This herbicide is not to be applied via a hose-end sprayer.
When to Apply: Do not apply if temperatures are over 100F. If temps are that high, apply in the evening when they dip below 100F and elect to spot spray instead of blanket spraying.
Coverage:
Celsius can be applied at the low rate of .057 oz/1,000 sq ft or the high rate of .113oz/1,000 sq ft.
Low Rate Coverage up to 4 Acres.
High Rate Coverage up to 2 Acres.

(0.226) Single dose high rate treats up to 2000 sq ft.
Application tips:
Use a non-ionic surfactant with Celsius for best results. Non-ionic surfactant helps the herbicide stick to the weeds better.
Do not mow immediately after treating with this product or before spray has dried. After treatment, do not transfer clippings to non-target areas.

Which grass types is Celsius safe for?
Celsius is safe for all warm season grasses other than Bahiagrass.
Does Celsius need to be watered in?
No. Celsius works via foliar uptake. Simply spray the weeds you're targeting and allow it to dry.
Can I apply granular fertilizer or CarbonizPN-G on the same day as Celsius?
Yes. We recommend that granular fertilizer and CarbonizPN-G be applied before Celsius.
Can I apply other liquids and Celsius on the same day?
Yes. We recommend applying non-herbicide products like like biostimulants and Primo Maxx growth regulator prior to spraying Celsius.
How long does it take for weeds to die after spraying with Celsius?
It depends on the weed being targeted and temperature. Most weeds begin to yellow within 14 days of application.
Are there temperature restrictions with this product?
No. We don't recommend spraying your lawn with Celsius when temperatures exceed 90F as temporary injury may occur.
How long should I wait before resuming mowing?
For best results do not mow 2 days before application and 2 days after. For example, if you plan to spray Celsius on Saturday, your last mow would be on Thursday. You would resume mowing on the following Tuesday.

This was bought specifically to kill non-centipede grasses, along with some stubborn weeds. Applied as directed, now there are spots of dirt, no grass...seems to have killed a lot of the centipede grass. NOT HAPPY!!
Product arrived on time and worked perfectly as intended. Killed most of the weeds on first application. Used second and haven’t had any issues.
I am not impressed at all with Celsius WG. I have sprayed my St. Augustime to get rid of wild violets which are everywhere in my lawn. At first, it seemed to work but now, six weeks later they ar back with a vengence. It does not seem to be working. I think I am just wasting my money!
After 3 weeks, the product has had no effect on my wild violets that I am trying to eliminate
