Shipping / Free Shipping (included)
Most, but not all items within the Golf Course Lawn Store include Free Shipping. All of the items available for Free Shipping will include a note within the product description stating so.
For certain products, there is a small shipping surcharge for the west coast United States. This includes the states of Arizona, California, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Washington. This surcharge varies from $3 - $10 depending on the product being shipped.
Soil Optimization (Biostimulants, Herbicides, Prodiamine, Fertilizer, Hydretain)
These products typically ship within 2 business days from the order being placed. Transit time is between 2-7 business days depending on the final destination. Orders place afternoon Eastern will ship the following business day. (ie. Orders 2 pm Friday will typically ship by Tuesday the following week)
Non-Soil Optimization (Merchandise, Soil Testing Kits)
Many of these products are fulfilled by our 3rd party partners. Most ship within 1 business from the order being placed.
Orders placed have noon on Fridays will typically be fulfilled the next business day.
Please allow 2-7 business days for those to arrive depending on the final destination.
Once the order has been issued a shipping label it has been considered shipped: it is non-cancellable / non-refundable / non-swappable.
Due to the weight and costs associated with shipping these items we cannot do returns or exchanges on them. All sales are final.
