Refund policy
These products are sold as is. If for any reason your product arrived damaged, incomplete, wrong, or missing, contact us and include your:
- Name
- Email Address
- Order Number
- Any relevant pictures of the damaged product
For verified lost, damaged, wrong, incomplete orders we can either send a comparable replacement at no additional charge or issue a refund for the cost of the item.
If you received a shipping notification email, your order is considered shipped.
At that point your order is non-cancellable / non-refundable / non-swappable.
Please understand that our shipping team is working to get packages out as quickly as possible. Due to the shipping costs associated with these items we cannot process modifications or exchanges once an item has shipped.
Return Policy:
We have a 14-day return policy for limited items (growth regulator and herbicide kits), which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in original condition, unused, with labels, and in its unopened original packaging. This means we will not accept a return if the original packing tape has been cut.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@golfcourselawn.store. Items sent back to us without approval will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any additional return questions at shop@golfcourselawn.store. For items eligible for return, there is a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by customer. We do not issue return labels.
