Multi-Purpose Plus (4-0-2) is the next generation of combination liquids for turf and ornamentals. It contains SeaXtraTM Seaweed Extract, H30 Plus soil moisture management technology, a natural based surfactant, and micronutrients with superior chelation. This affordable, non-burning formulation is designed with the highest quality standards to assure consistent, long-lasting, fast performance. When applied at recommended rates Multi-Purpose Plus will supply enough SeaXtra and H30 Plus to achieve maintenance levels under their respective programs. Multi Purpose Plus 4-0-2 can be used on all grass types, such as the following:

Cool Season Lawns - Kentucky Bluegrass, Turf Type Tall Fescue (all fescues), Ryegrass

Warm Season Lawns - Bermuda, St Augustine, Zoysia, Centipede, Bahia

This product can be applied alone or tank mixed with other products. It will not interfere with your fungicides, insecticides, herbicides or fertilizer applications.

Confirm compatibility with other products using a jar test.

Application:Multi-Purpose Plus (4-0-2) can be applied through fertigation or conventional spray. Can be applied via pump sprayer or hose end sprayer such as the Ortho Dial N Spray.

For best results, we recommend using a Battery-powered 4 gallon sprayer with larger droplet spray nozzle.

When to Apply: Whenever your grass is actively growing. Top dressing and aeration does not reduce product effectiveness.

Product is safe for warm and cool season lawns.

Coverage: 1 gallon covers 21,333 square feet.

Application rates:

Apply 6 oz. of product in 1 to 2 gallons of water per 1,000 sq. ft. of turf every 2-3 weeks. 

Does Multi Purpose Plus 4-0-2 need to be watered in?

• Yes. Apply 1/4" of water from irrigation or rainfall to move Multi Purpose Plus 4-0-2 into the soil.

Can I apply granular fertilizer or CarbonizPN-G on the same day as Multi Purpose Plus 4-0-2?

• Yes. We recommend that granular fertilizer and CarbonizPN-G be applied before Multi Purpose Plus 4-0-2.

Can I apply other liquids and Multi Purpose Plus 4-0-2 on the same day?

• Yes. Since this product needs to be watered in, we recommend applying other liquids like biostimulants and fertilizer before Multi Purpose Plus 4-0-2.
